Ever since this place opened we have been loyal customers, staff are awesome always friendly. Soups are so flavourful, ingredients are fresh, you can't go wrong with anything you choose. We were always greeted with the greatest service and hospitality from the founder( the dad) who have since passed away, but his daughter has carried on his impeccable work ethic and he would be so proud of her.
First off, let me say that the service was incredible! We came in as a large and annoying group of like 35 people around 2pm but the staff were still courteous and very accommodating. Our orders were taken promptly, we were served quickly too, and tea was refilled often! As for the food, we found the pho to be good but the curries are a little too acidic/sour. The vermicelli dishes could also use a bit more flavour. I may be nitpicking but the prices here are higher than other Vietnamese restaurants, so I think these recipe tweaks are worth mentioning. I would have normally given 4 stars for the food/price but the attentive and amazing service got me to bump it up to 5! :)
PHO Saigon, Pickering My wife and I have been coming to PHO Saigon in Pickering for many years, and it has consistently been one of our favorite spots. The food is always fresh and flavorful, the service is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. This is a must-go place if you want to get some hot noodle soup in Pickering. Sabrina was truly amazing and offered lots of patience and help. The food is delicious and the portion is generous. The price was good too!
I ordered the Pork chops and beef on rice. I also ordered the deep fried squid tentacles. My second time here and I’m never disappointed. The staff is always friendly and attends to the table regularly. The pork chops were seasoned really good and had a lot of flavour. The beef was tasty as well. I love squid tentacles! I drizzled mine with hot sauce and ended up eating all to myself. Seasoned well and tasted good. I would definitely go back
Love this restaurant. Friendly greeting great servers, food is delicious well priced. Restaurant is clean, tables are meticulously cleaned after use. Hand sanitizer is on every table for your use. Washrooms are clean. We were surprised with delicious crisp and creamy Portuguese tarts after dinner. Make a reservation. Enjoy!
First time here . Great place to have a warm soup on a cold day . Food did take a abit long to come out . but over all the soup was delicious. We ordered the extra large souphouse special which was 18 noodles could have been more . But good to share . Will be back to try some other dishes.
